The UBC Zero Waste Market in Vancouver, B.C., resells used (second hand) items originating from UBC Faculties and departments, to divert waste from disposal. The market helps UBC transition towards a circular economy and sustainable future.

There are two versions of the market (an In-person and Online market) both versions are available to the UBC community and the general public. The Zero Waste Market is an initiative of the UBC Furniture Reuse Program.

In-person Market

The in-person market sells used furniture, office supplies and more.

Online Market

The online market sells used furniture, electronics and more. Items sold online are not located at the in-person market and must be collected by appointment during business hours, Monday to Friday, from the UBC Vancouver Point Grey campus. Shipping is not available.

All items sold through the Zero Waste Market are as-is and final sale. A signed waiver is required for collection.
